Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the FXprimus24 website, the client area and any trading account opened with us. By opening an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have full legal capacity in your country of residence and not be resident in a jurisdiction where the provision of our services would be contrary to local law. We may request proof of age, identity and residence at any time and may refuse or close an account at our discretion.

2. Account opening and verification

All applicants complete identity verification and, where required, proof of address and source-of-funds checks. You undertake that the information you provide is accurate and current, and agree to notify us promptly of any change. Unverified accounts may be restricted from trading, depositing or withdrawing.

  • One account holder per account. Nominee and duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
  • Login credentials are personal; you are responsible for activity carried out under them.
  • Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

3. Trading services

We provide access to trading in foreign exchange and contracts for difference on indices, commodities, shares, cryptocurrencies and ETFs through MetaTrader 4. Orders are executed at the prices available at the moment of execution. Quoted prices are indicative and may differ from execution prices as a result of volatility, liquidity, latency or gapping. We do not provide investment advice or personal recommendations.

4. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

  • Deposits must be made from a payment source held in your own name.
  • Withdrawals are returned to the original funding source wherever technically possible.
  • Applicable spreads, swap rates and any commission are published and shown in the platform.
  • Third-party payment or bank charges are borne by the client.

5. Prohibited conduct

Abusive trading practices including latency arbitrage, price manipulation and the exploitation of quotation errors; use of the account by or for a third party without our written consent; provision of false documentation; and any activity connected with money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion are prohibited and may result in closure of positions and of the account.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including interruptions of connectivity, failure of your equipment, force majeure or suspension of trading by a venue.

7. Amendments and termination

We may amend these Terms; the version published here is the version in force, and material changes are notified through the website or by email. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, without affecting obligations already accrued, including the settlement of open positions.

Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk to your capital. You can lose more than the amount you deposit. These products are not suitable for everyone. Make sure you fully understand the risks before you trade.

Leverage works both ways

Leverage lets you control a position much larger than your deposit, so a small movement in the underlying market has a proportionally much larger effect on your account. The mechanism that magnifies a gain magnifies a loss identically, and losses can exceed your initial margin.

Market risk and gapping

Prices can move sharply, particularly around economic releases, corporate announcements, political events or the reopening after a weekend. Markets may gap — jump from one price to another without trading in between — which means a stop-loss order can be filled at a materially worse price than requested.

Liquidity and execution

In thin or fast markets spreads widen and orders may fill at prices different from those displayed at the moment of the request. During extreme conditions execution may be delayed or, rarely, temporarily unavailable.

Cryptocurrency risk

Cryptocurrency markets trade around the clock and are considerably more volatile than traditional asset classes. Weekend and overnight movements can be very large, and regulatory changes in a single jurisdiction can affect prices globally without warning.

Overnight financing

Positions held past the daily rollover are subject to swap charges or credits. Over long holding periods these accumulate and can materially affect the outcome of a trade regardless of price direction.

Technology risk

Online trading depends on hardware, software and connectivity, all of which can fail. We are not responsible for losses caused by failure of your equipment or connection. Keep the mobile app installed and our support contact details to hand as a backup.

No guaranteed outcomes

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No system, strategy, signal or educational material can guarantee a profit. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how it is used and the rights available to you. It applies to visitors of fxprimus24.com and to holders of a client account.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, date of birth, nationality, address, email, phone.
  • Verification documents: passport or ID, proof of address, and where required a selfie.
  • Financial: payment details, deposits, withdrawals and trading history.
  • Technical: IP address, device and browser data, server logs.

Why we process it

  • Performance of a contract — opening and operating your account and executing your orders.
  • Legal obligation — identity verification, record-keeping, anti-money-laundering and reporting duties.
  • Legitimate interest — securing our systems and preventing fraud.
  • Consent — marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We share data only where necessary: with payment providers to process transactions, with identity-verification and technology providers acting on our instructions, and with competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules, counted from the end of the client relationship. Technical logs are kept for a shorter, proportionate period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, erasure where no retention duty applies, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@fxprimus24.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and client area to function, including session and security cookies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party.

AML Policy

FXprimus24 operates a risk-based programme designed to prevent our services being used for money laundering, terrorist financing or the circumvention of sanctions.

Customer due diligence

Before an account is activated for trading and funding we verify the identity of every client using official documentation. Enhanced due diligence applies where the risk profile requires it, including politically exposed persons, clients from higher-risk jurisdictions and unusually large or complex transactions.

  • Government-issued photo identification.
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last six months.
  • Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence where applicable.

Payment rules

  • Deposits are accepted only from accounts or wallets held in the client's own name.
  • Withdrawals are returned to the original funding source wherever technically possible.
  • Cash deposits and third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Monitoring and reporting

Account activity is monitored on an ongoing basis. Transactions inconsistent with a client's stated profile, or displaying indicators of layering or structuring, are reviewed by our compliance function. Where suspicion cannot be ruled out we are legally required to report to the competent authority and may be prohibited from informing the client.

Record keeping and training

Identification records and transaction data are retained for the period prescribed by law. Staff receive periodic training on their obligations, on recognising suspicious activity and on the confidentiality of reports.

Cooperation. We may freeze an account, decline a transaction or end a relationship where required to meet our legal obligations, and we cooperate fully with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Questions about any of this?

If something here is unclear, ask before you open an account — we would rather explain it twice.
