Bank transfer and cryptocurrency, in your own name, with withdrawals reviewed every business day and returned to the source you funded from.
SEPA and international wire in EUR or USD. Typically one to three business days depending on the corridor and your bank.
BTC, ETH and USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20). Credited after the required network confirmations, usually within the hour.
Deposits must come from an account or wallet in your own name. Third-party payments are returned, which costs everyone time.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEPA transfer | 1–2 business days | 1–2 business days after approval | EUR only, no intermediary fees inside the euro area |
| International wire | 2–4 business days | 2–4 business days after approval | Intermediary bank fees may apply |
| Bitcoin | After network confirmations | Same or next business day | Network fee borne by the client |
| Ethereum / USDT | After network confirmations | Same or next business day | Check the network — ERC-20 and TRC-20 are not interchangeable |
Withdrawal requests received before the daily cut-off on a business day are reviewed the same day. Weekend requests are handled when the markets reopen.
Anti-money-laundering rules are not optional, and the same rules that slow down a first withdrawal are what stop someone else withdrawing your balance. Three conditions apply:
Photo ID and a proof of address issued within the last six months.
Money goes back where it came from, in the same name. If the source cannot receive funds, we need documentation before using another.
Open positions must have sufficient margin remaining after the withdrawal.
From the client area under Withdraw. Enter the amount and the destination, confirm, and the request enters the daily review queue. You will get an email when it is approved and another when it is sent.
Only with documentation showing the account is yours, and only when the original source genuinely cannot receive the funds. This protects you more than it protects us.
There is no minimum, but for very small crypto amounts the network fee can exceed the amount itself — it is usually worth batching.
Use exactly the network shown next to the deposit address. Sending USDT on the wrong chain is the single most common way clients lose funds, and it is usually unrecoverable.
