Company risk, without the custody

A share CFD tracks the price of the underlying stock. You take the same directional exposure and the same dividend adjustments, but the position settles in cash in your trading account — no share certificates, no separate custodian, and shorting is a single click.

  • From 0.10% of notional

Pricing quoted as a percentage so it scales with the share price.

  • Earnings-season ready

Trade the reaction, in either direction, from the same account.

  • Dividend adjustments

Applied on the ex-date: credited to longs, debited from shorts.

Good to know

Before you place the order

Do I own the shares?

No. A CFD is a contract on the price difference — you get the price exposure and dividend adjustments without holding the security itself, and therefore without voting rights.

What happens at earnings?

Liquidity thins and spreads widen around the release, and the stock can gap when it reopens. If you hold through earnings, size the position for a gap, not for the average day.

Are there overnight fees?

Yes. Share CFD positions held past the rollover are financed daily, based on the relevant benchmark rate plus a mark-up for longs, minus it for shorts. The figure is shown per instrument in the platform.
